退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Skincare products, face masks, or any personal care items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at dearyoustore.com@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for the return

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.


Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • The return address

  • Detailed shipping instructions

  • A return shipping label if applicable

Returns must be shipped to the address provided in our confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer responsibility:
    If the return is due to buyer-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Seller responsibility:
    If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Dear You Shop / Reiwatakiya will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at dearyoustore.com@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Skincare products, face masks, or any items that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (including Lucky Scoop)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This does not apply to items excluded under our Non-Returnable Items section.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
